rainy seattle stamp

haha ive been addicted to making stamps...
ITS SO FUN.
anyway...
i stole this phrase off a t shirt i bought in seattle. i love it there. anyway the t shirt had cats and dogs raining on it, but i had no desire to draw tiny cats and dogs do i drew an umbrella instead.
